Founded and led by a Registered Nurse, Homeville was established with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care across the Northern Territory.
At Homeville, our foundation is built on the core values of respect, integrity, trust, and genuine community connection. We understand that every individual’s journey is unique, which is why our services are tailored to meet the specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds of each participant. We are dedicated to providing high-quality supports that align with national frameworks, including the Closing the Gap initiative, ensuring equitable access to care and improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Our approach is grounded in both trauma-informed practice and person-centred care. This means we prioritise safety, understanding, and empowerment in every interaction. We recognise the impact of life experiences and ensure that every individual is treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine respect. At Homeville, we actively promote choice and control, empowering participants to make informed decisions about their care and support services.
